What a journey it has been.  I have truly embraced every moment and used this opportunity as Mrs. New Jersey America to make a difference.  I met some incredible people this past year and each and everyone has etched a place in my heart. And I hope our paths will cross again.

Soon I will crown my successor and she will carry on the legacy of Mrs. New Jersey America.  My wish for you is to take in every moment and cherish it, for this experience will stay with you a lifetime.  What a spectacular journey it will be.  I have had the time of my life.  I have laughed, cried and even nearly froze and every moment was worth it. I would do it all over again.

In August, I had the opportunity to spend two weeks in Palm Springs with 50 amazing women.  Meeting these women changed my life forever; they encouraged me, challenged me and became a part of my life.  What a great experience it was.

To Geri, Chuck and our little mascots…you have touched my life forever and I want to thank you for this wonderful experience and for the memories I will have etched in my heart forever. May God Bless you both.

Mom and Dad, thank you for always believing in me and always being my loudest cheering squad.  You have been instrumental in all of my successes and I love you both very much.

To my husband soul mate, Eric for never ceasing to amaze me with your support, humor and love.  Life is so much brighter because of you and I love you. God has truly blessed me when he brought you into my life. 

Chelsea my beautiful daughter…I am so very proud of the young woman you are and continue to be.  I so look forward to seeing your accomplishments in life and I know you are destined for great things. You are my gift from God and I love you more…ok the same.

     To my successor…embrace every moment and make a difference in someone’s life each day. I leave you with this thought: Remember, to accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.
